This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you use "Diagram Frame" web part for SharePoint.
Information and data a customer shares while using Diagram Frame remain within the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant under existing security policies. Diagram Frame does not store or communicate customer data outside of customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant.
What data we do collect?
When you request support, we will ask you to provide basic contact information. In particular, we may collect your name and email address. The "Diagram Frame" web part by itself does not collect any personal information. The web part may collect analymized statistical and usage information (such as application crashes and usage statistics)
How do we collect your data?
We can collect your email address, your name and your phone in case you explicitly asked for support and sent us an email or gave us a call.
We can collect anonnymized usage information in case you opened our unmanagedvisio.com website in order to check the user documentation (we use google analytics on our site, that is covered by the site’s privacy policy).
We can collect anonymized usage information using Microsoft AppInsignts service, regarding application errors, and usage statistics.
How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that we can:
- process your support request (answer to the email or phone call)
- improve the quality of the web part, by finding the defects from the error information
- improve the quality of the web part, based on the usage statistics
How we store your data
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. We will keep your support email communication for 2 years by default. In case we need to come back to the incident history. You can ask us to delete it any time.
Marketing
We will not you send any marketing emails.

We will not share, distribute, sell, or reference any personal data, unless required by law.
